Health Insurance Fraud Alert for Consumers and Travelers

The Federation of American Consumers and Travelers (FACT) is making its members aware of a fraud alert issued by the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS).

In the wake of newly passed health-care legislation, HHS says that there has been a proliferation of scams involving bogus health insurance policies.
